Socially Responsible Real Estate

Corporate Social Responsibility is defined as the way a company integrates social, environmental, and economic concerns into their values and operations. A concept whereby a company decides voluntarily to contribute to a better society and a cleaner environment.

We are proud to incorporate Corporate Social Responsibility into our daily business by way of our Community Sponsorship Programs. We are working hand in hand with Plan Canada to improve thousands of lives by supporting some of the most disadvantaged communities in the world.

We donate 5% of each home sale to create sustainable change by way of education and economic development. Our goal is to bring us all together to witness how small groups of people and businesses can effect change. It's about seeing firsthand how our collective support is making a difference.

Why Do We Do This?

This answer is simple, because it's the right thing to do. We are humble, grateful, fortunate and successful. Everyone has a different definition of success and ours includes helping others by taking responsibility.

In the grand scheme of things, we are lucky to live in Canada. If we reach out for help, someone will take our hand. While our social system isn't perfect, we have one. We have access to clean water, food, shelter, medical treatment and an education.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help those who are less fortunate.

We also hope to inspire other small businesses on the North Shore and in Vancouver to give back though their own corporate social responsibility plan. Check out our projects for further details - let's make a difference!
